Reviews and Ratings
I had a memorable stay at this hotel overall. The rooms were quite spacious, equipped with all the amenities one would need, including heating options for the chilly weather. The staff was polite and responsive, which really enhanced my experience. However, the location was a bit of a drawback as it was 5 kilometers from the city center, making excursions somewhat costly. The food was decent but lacked variety, limiting my dining options during the stay.
We had a decent stay overall, with well-maintained rooms that were clean and comfortable. The location was peaceful and away from the hustle, which we appreciated. However, the service was disappointing at times, particularly during a power failure when we needed help. The dining options could use some improvement as well, especially in terms of convenience and choice.
My stay at the hotel was simply delightful, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling Manali. The rooms were neat and clean, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. The food exceeded my expectations, tailored to suit my taste. However, being slightly distant from the main area might not be ideal for everyone, but for me, it added to the charm and tranquility of the stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the clean and well-heated family room. The staff, especially Ashmeet, were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The location is beautifully scenic but a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of Manali, which I enjoyed. However, there were a few hiccups with the breakfast timing and a brief power disruption.
The hotel offers a decent stay with some highlights, including spacious rooms that boast stunning views of the snow-capped mountains. However, I experienced significant issues with the service, as staff interactions were quite unfriendly and room cleaning was inadequate. While the location is peaceful and away from the bustle of Manali, the lack of prompt service was disappointing.
